5th April 2023, Mumbai: Toronto Based out Artist was born and raised in India. His journey goes back to early 2000’s where he as a teenager would travel most of the India with the Singing band under the management of his uncle and he would audaciously do the chorus. At the same time whilst travelling he was equally focused on Sports winning many national level accolades in Gymnastics Sports. He has a passion of learning music from an early age and adores genres like Qawwali, semi classical and Folk Pop music.
He began his musical art under the guidance of the Late Sri. Pandit Manmohan Sharma Ji. Shubkarman Singh used to go to his musical classes after coming back from school and thus the rock-solid foundation of music was instilled from an early age.
He listened to and grew up to the likes of Singers such asGolden Star Malkit Singh, Sukhshinder Shinda and Bollywood singer Sukhwinder Singh. He has always championed the Folk Punjabi music genre and believes our history and tradition is very vast. He believes his songs must reach out to generations through folk, slick and thumping music. During the Covid Time, he managed to focus more on his voice skills and everyday would devote 4-6 hours on Harmonium practice.
In the year 2022, he finally decided to record his first single titled “Canadian Jugni” produced and mastered by Bups Saggu, A renowned UK music producer. This song entails the Journey of Jugni as she passes through the provinces of Canada. This beautiful song is penned by Navtej Balli. After the huge success of this beautiful song, he is ready to throw more dancehall bangers.
At last, he is humbled and overwhelmed by the love and support he has received from his Friends, families and supporters and he could not wait to showcase his talent through live shows and the upcoming song projects he has lined up for everyone.
